Hi i am having an issue with Roli Connect im on windows 10 and i just purchased 2 new expansions. I have purchased almost all of the equator 2 expansions, its showing that i am registered in Roli connect and logged in, all the expansions ive purchased are in my account on the website as "owned" however in roli connect since the new update I cannot see any of my previously purchased sound packs, and noone will respond from Roli. I also cannot install the new sounds... Big bummer i had a studio session booked for today and wanted to try the new OScar pack while recording
any help is so greatly appreciated
Sorry to hear this issue disrupted your session yesterday.
We're working on releasing a fix ASAP which won't require a new build of Connect, and will result in your new purchases showing up in the Sound tab of Connect as usual.
