Roli seaboard block not connecting through usb nor bluetooth.

Hello I'm a ROLI SEABOARD BLOCK USER for windows, I know that THE BLOCK wont connect through bluetooth through bluetooth as it is windows, it isn't even working on android mobile, Whenever I tried to connect THE BLOCK to the PC via USB it gives me an error (Check ERROR attachment).
Does anyone else have these problems? Please help me,
