Logging out (quit) did really work to get installation started.
I had the same problem, but restarting Roli Connect (after select "Quit" in the menu) caused the problem to go away.
Hi Benson, have you tried logging out of ROLI Connect and back in, to see if this resolves the issue? Also, please try restarting your machine to see if this allows you to install ROLI Dashboard successfully.
