Ordered my LUMI a month ago and when it came to delivery, a couple of days back, UPS called and requested a number of things like tax number/receipt etc.
They told me that LUMI was shipped from UK and since I am based in the EU they needed this info.
Anyone knows if I have to pay extra upon delivery? A bit pissed off as there was no mention in FAQs about this, anyone had this issue?
