I just bought this and I can't see any way to use it! I downloaded roli connect but it doesnt see the device in windows 10. There are no links to update to studio and when I enter the tiny tiny serial number from the booklet it says it doesnt recognise it.
This is the worst piece of kit and support ive ever bought.
any ideas where I go from here before shipping it back as not fit for purpose? cheers
