The bottom key of my Seaboard block was not responding. So. Took a wee peek under the silicone top left corner. I think the ribbon cable had been partially out of its slot. In peeking, that ribbon cable is now completely disconnected resulting in not 1 dead key but now 3.
I contacted Roli. I do not have receipt and it's well over a year so no warranty. No support but not even any advice as to how to open this up and slide that cable back into its home.
Have you ever successfully opened a Roli Seaboard (block)?
Any help appreciated.
