Equator - saving expression settings in user presets

I've noticed that in the Equator manual there is an option for "Send expression settings to Rise" in the midi settings, which is not in the latest release.
Every time I change preset in Equator it resets my expression settings that I've set in dashboard, which for Glide is particularly annoying. I've tried changing the settings in Dashboard and saving but to no avail. I've also noticed that some presets, such as the Piano preset, adjust the glide setting.
How do I either a) store my chosen expression settings or b) get dashboard to ignore them. I've tried this with the "auto connect to Roli hardware" option both enabled and disabled to no avail.
