Purchaced soundpacks in noise and can't download them

I purchased the saxophone soundpack in noise. My payment was successful. However when i touch get, the pack downloads but fails to do so at the last minute. A failed download banner pops up. I have retried multiple times. How can i fix this as i really want to get into these soundpacks

Hi Jab, apologies for the delay in responding to this. Were you able to resolve this? I would suggest trying a different Wifi connection, and if this doesn't resolve the issue, please reach out and create a ticket here - https://support.roli.com/support/tickets/new
