RISE 25 is not being detected when I connect it via USB

Hi,

My Seaboard RISE 25 is not being detected when I connect it via USB to my Windows 10 laptops, I have tried to connect to two of my laptops which have previously worked in the past.

My RUSE 25 still charges via USB connection but is not recognised.

Can anyone help?
