The Kenton MIDI USB Host MkII will allow you to connect a ROLI instrument to hardware with five-pin DIN connectors.

The Joué re-Connect MIDI Cable is designed for Joué MIDI controllers. 

In the end, I started using a Raspberry Pi with Pisound to accomplish the same thing. Works well. (Got the idea from an answer to a different question about the Sensel Morph.)
