I love my Rise. But I am frustrated because I can’t use it as my main keyboard. I compose for film and tv and need to work fast choosing patches and synths quickly in Logic. So I need a keyboard that can do MPE and regular midi in the blink of an eye.
From what I gather, and I may have missed this, the only way to switch MPE off and on is from your software, it can’t be done from the Rise. This slows me down. Leaving your software always booted is not an option when I am pushing my tower to its limits.
Can the RISE be setup to switchback and forth?
