Allow a CC controller to control EQUATOR SLIDE from a macro, So seaboard Grand Stage can use a foot controller to stimulate "Slide" for 5D type of effect on Seaboard Grand.

You can assign cc74 to change slide but it resets every-time you change a note. Tried putting it in non MPE and changing relative to absolute but still doesn't work. I use other controllers (monophonic) with Equator and this would help me.
