Any hardware products purchased on ROLI.com or PlayLUMI.com from November 1st have until January 16th to be returned. This extended return period is designed to give you more time to decide if the product is right for you or if you need to exchange it for something else.

If you purchased a hardware product during a time when our standard 30-day return period exceeds the January 16th deadline, then the standard return policy will apply. For example, if you purchased a product on December 18th, you would have until January 17th to return it, as per our standard 30-day return policy.
