To arrange a return for purchases made on playlumi.com, please submit a Returns Form.

Hardware purchases made on playlumi.com - for example, the LUMI Keys bundle - can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

LUMI Membership subscriptions can be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of activating the code.

If cancelling your subscription alongside returning your LUMI Keys, you may do so within 30 days of the delivery date.
