Whether you purchased a ROLI Learn Membership subscription when ordering your Piano M, or decided to receive a code to redeem later, you will need to use this code to start your Learn Membership subscription to the Learn app. This is easily done, but if you need some help, please follow this step-by-step guide.
1. Find your access code
Search your inbox for an email with the subject:
"Your ROLI Learn Membership Code"
Please check both your inbox and your junk/spam folders. If you have checked all email folders and did not receive the email, please contact the Support team who will be happy to help.2. Register your Piano M
Go here and create a Learn account, or sign in with your existing ROLI account if you already have one.
Once you've created an account, you will be on the Account home page.
Scroll down and click Register.
Enter your Piano M's serial number, then click Submit to register your Piano M to your account.
Now click Return to My Account.
4. Activate subscription
Click Activate subscription
Enter your access code, click Apply, then Continue.
On the next page, enter your card details to complete the purchase and start the subscription.
Please note - after your first 12 months is up, you will be charged for the next year of Learn Membership unless you cancel.
IMPORTANT: Learn Subscriptions have changed.
Since October 13th 2022, you will need to subscribe to either a monthly or annual subscription in order to access the app.
If you started your subscription before this date, you will remain on your existing subscription plan at the old pricing ($79.99, £69.99, €79.99) until November 30th, 2023. This means you will benefit from one more renewal at your subscription at your current price.
If you paid for a monthly subscription and did not receive a free 12 month code, the subscription will be renewed each month until you cancel.
If you already have a free 12 month Learn code, you will not be charged for the first year (as shown above).
If you have a $/£/€50 voucher, this value will be discounted from the first year.

To cancel your subscription, log into your account and click Update Subscription then Cancel Plan. Your subscription will not be auto-renewed but you will keep full access to your Learn membership until the current period has expired.
5. Find your subscription date
Go back to the Home page. Make a note of when your subscription will renew.
If you don't see your subscription in your account, try refreshing the page.6. Download the Learn App
You can now download the Learn App from the App Store or Google Play Store, log in and start having fun learning with your ROLI Learn membership!
