This article will help you with cancelling your subscription to the LUMI Music app.
- Step 1: Go to playlumi.com/start/sign-in
- Step 2: Click 'Update Subscription'
- Step 3: Click 'Cancel plan'

Step 1: Go to playlumi.com/start/sign-in
- Log in to your LUMI account
Step 2: Click 'Update Subscription'
Step 3: Click 'Cancel plan'
- This page shows your current subscription plan including when it will renew
- Click 'Cancel Plan'
- On the next page, click 'Cancel Plan' again to confirm.
- The next page shows your plan has been cancelled.
- Your plan will cancel at the end of the current billing period and you won't be charged for anything after this date.
You can use your LUMI Membership until the end of the billing period. Afterwards, you will lose access to the app. This comes into effect on Jan 1st 2023. Please see our blog post about the sunsetting of the LUMI Essentials tier playlumi.com/uk/blog/lumi-membership-is-changing.
Changed your mind?
If you would like to continue using the LUMI Membership, just click 'Renew plan' and your plan will be reinstated.
