If you've received your LUMI Keys and have bought a LUMI Membership at checkout, this guide will get you started in creating a LUMI account, registering your LUMI Keys hardware and activating your LUMI Membership code so you can start learning using the LUMI App.
You need a Membership to use the app. If you don't have one yet, just head to playlumi.com/membership to begin. 1. Register your LUMI Keys
Go to playlumi.com/start/sign-in and sign in or create a new LUMI account.
Once you've made your account, click 'Register your LUMI Keys' and enter the serial number on the next page.
2. Activate your subscription
Click 'Activate subscription' and use your LUMI Membership code which was emailed to you after checkout.
Click 'Apply' to add the code then 'Continue' and add your card details on the next page. Your subscription will auto-renew at the end of your monthly or annual Membership plan, but you can cancel at any time.

Make a note of your new account details. You’ll need these to log into the LUMI app.
3. Download the LUMI Music app
