How to start your ROLI Learn Membership using an activation code


This article explains how to activate your ROLI Learn Membership if you’ve received a pre-paid activation code.


Before activating your ROLI Learn Membership, we recommend registering your Piano M.


Please note that ROLI Learn isn’t bundled free with any ROLI devices. If you didn’t purchase a pre-paid ROLI Learn Membership in your order, click here to learn how to start a subscription.




Starting your ROLI Learn Subscription is straightforward but before you begin you'll need:

  • Your ROLI account login details
  • Your activation code
    • This can be found in an email titled: Your Roli Learn Membership Code
    • Please check both your inbox and your junk/spam folders. If you have checked all email folders and did not receive the email, please contact the Support team who will be happy to help.
  • A credit or debit card



Step 1:

Head to ROLI.com signin. Login to your account if prompted.


Step 2:

Click Manage my Piano & App:


Step 3:

Click Activate subscription:


Step 4:

1. In the popup window, enter your activation code, then click Apply:


2. When the code is successfully activated it will be listed under Your activated codes. Next, click Continue:


Step 5:

**This step is essential -- your ROLI Learn Membership cannot begin until payment card details have been provided.**


After clicking Continue, the payment screen will appear. You'll see a 0.00 balance, along with the details of your subscription billing cycle, renewal fee, and ROLI Learn Membership tier (Solo / Family).


If you notice that you are being charged in the wrong currency please do not continue. Scroll down to learn how to switch currency.

Enter your payment card details, then click Pay and subscribe to complete the setup process*. You may be prompted to complete additional security checks by your bank at this stage:


*Payment card details are required for renewal purposes but you won't be charged anything until your pre-paid subscription period ends. You can cancel your subscription in your account portal before your renewal date to turn off auto-renewal. 


Step 6:

Once your membership has been activated, you’ll see a confirmation window. From there, simply install the ROLI Learn app on your chosen device and sign in using your ROLI account details to being learning!




Troubleshooting

My payment card details aren't being accepted

Carefully check all of your billing information and try again. If you continue to experience issues, please try an alternative card.


My Membership is being charged in the wrong currency

  1. Click the back button in your browser to return to the Learn Products page of your account.

  2. Scroll to the very bottom of the page and locate the currency button at the bottom right:

  3. Click the currency button which will open the currency selector, and chose your preferred currency:


  4. After selecting your chosen currency you will return to the Learn Products page of your account. Click Activate subscription and continue from Step 4.2 above.
