For in-stock items
Note that in-stock items are processed quickly to get your gear to you without delay. Once an order has shipped, or is within 48 hours of shipping, we are unable to make any amendments or cancellations.
We do, however, offer a 30-day refund policy. This allows you to receive your ROLI gear, try it out, and arrange a return or replacement if necessary.
For pre-order items (not yet shipped)
For Airwave and ROLI Piano preorders that have not yet shipped, we may be able to assist with order amendments.
