If you are receiving or sending an FXpansion software license, you will need to contact support with a few details to initiate the transfer.


Receiving the transfer

If you're receiving the software, please:

  • Ask the sender of the license(s) you wish to purchase to contact us via roli.com/support to confirm that they consent to their products being transferred
  • Submit a support ticket and let us know the username of the sender


Sending the transfer

Please contact us via roli.com/support to let us know:

  • the username of the receiver
  • the products you wish to transfer

Once all information is received and the transfer is complete, we will send a confirmation to whoever got in touch.
