In instances where Blocks are exhibiting unexpected behavior, experiencing connection issues, or are otherwise unresponsive:

  • First ensure your Blocks are fully charged and are running the latest firmware.
  • If your Blocks are connected via DNA, make sure that the DNA connectors themselves are clean and that the Blocks are on a flat surface. This will help them make a good connection with each other.
  • If the problem persists, you may reset your Blocks according to the following instructions.
