Equator sign in

I’ve downloaded all the software with my ROLI light block I bought second hand. All software hasn’t been an issue apart from equator. It just keeps saying please sign in later or cannot connect to server

Aah, you can' t be running it on both,  your DAW and Standalone when registering. Suggest to close the Ableton & register in Standalone Mode.
