1. Returned the above named controller to my retailer
2. Forgot to include the key card when I packaged the unit.
3. Called retailer to explain mistake. He said to drop the card into mail with original return authorization number on outside of envelope. I did so and sent U.S. Postal Service with no tracking number or registration.
4. In my haste, I forgot to write down number before sending.
5. Retailer apparently did not get or has lost the envelope though they admitted receiving unit.
6. I still have the Roli Connect installer on my computer files. Tried to find number but don't understand Roli's "support" system for help.
Can anyone suggest a remedy to retrieve the key card number to give to the retailer?
