The Seaboard is a great percussion instrument as-is, so having some drums designed with MPE in mind is perfect. Moving forward, I'd love to see more organic auxiliary percussion patches -- congas, bongos, tabla, and other hand drums in particular. These instruments lend themselves to the kind of adaptive touch that MPE allows, and I frequently find myself filling the auxiliary percussion role on the Seaboard when playing with a drummer.
