When you glide a note up or down while using Smart Chords, currently the chord itself does not change to reflect the next chord in the pattern. So if I am playing with Smart Chords set to C major, if I go from a root of C to a root of D, the musically correct change would be from a C major chord to a D minor chord. And if you just play these two notes back to back, it works that way in Smart Chords. But if you Glide from C to D, it keeps the major chord from C and brings it up to D so that you end up with a D major chord. That just isn't very musical. If there is a way to make that work, it would be really awesome.
We totally agree Kyle, and we'll be looking in to see if this is possible to implement in a future update!
