Tranfering hardware licence, and incuded Block SWAM soundpacks

Anyone having experience from buying Block hardware second hand? As i understand it, you are able to just transfer the ownership and included software with the help of ROLI. . Any hassle with that? I also would like info on which SWAM instruments are included with Seaboard Block and Lightpack Block, cant find specific info on that on ROLI.com.

Hi Lars-Magnus,

We'd be happy to help with clearing the license on a pre-owned Block. Please contact the support team here and include a photo of the serial number on the underside of the Block itself. If you're in contact with the previous owner, they can use the 'Unregister a product' link in My ROLI.
