When I am using the sequencer, I noticed that the pitch would hit random notes occasionally on a very simple sequence. And so I tested it with the default patch and it continued to do so. I am using Cypher 2.4.10.1 on a Mac. I was having the Mod Seq 3 control the pitch. Here is a screen shot.
